A graduate from the National University of Singapore and a post-graduate in financial management from the Singapore Institute of Management, Corine has significant experience in business development and asset management. As Senior Manager at Keppel Land International, Corine appraised new opportunities for Singapore, Malaysia and London. She was involved in real estate projects achieving more than 25% return on equity.

In her past experience, she led revenue enhancement and participated in government and private tenders. She is also well-versed in valuation and marketing of portfolios that include hotel, retail, commercial, residential and industrial properties. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Spanish, Corine’s exceptional negotiation skills have helped her establish strong relationships with Nira’s partners.
