Kunal Malhotra

Kunal is a bachelor in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. He has also studied Hotel Evaluation and Development at Cornell University. He was part of the Starwood task force team for renovation projects, where he was involved with the renovation of the W Hotel New York, among others.

He has previously worked as Rooms Division Manager with Sheraton Hotels, and as Senior Operations Manager with Alpha Health Care.

As Project Manager at CCBSI he has worked on the Hotel Projects team where he has been involved in all aspects of hotel development. From liaising with designers and consultants and overseeing construction to negotiating with government agencies, Kunal is well-versed with et al.

Heading Technical Services at Nira, Kunal is overseeing project management and procurement for our projects.
